Updated March 2025 I am now retired and happy to finally be able to proceed with whatever is in my heart at any particular moment. I am still living in Sharon and I am enjoying it other than shoveling the snow and navigating the awful ice this year. I did rescue a small dog 6 years ago from Pennsylvania and she was 7 years old then. Hard for me to adjust from a 90 lb Yellow Lab to an 18 lb. little one. She is so sweet. Had to teach her to walk on a leash as she had never been on one. We try to walk everyday when weather permits. I do volunteer work two days a week and I enjoy meeting so many different people as well as helping where needed. My son and his family still live in Foxboro. I have two grandsons, Aidan is almost 18 and heading off to college in September. It will be sad for me to see him leave because we are very close. Callan will be around for a few more years (thank goodness) he is about to be 17 and very busy with school, friends and sports. They both are very active in sports and I lucky enough to go to most of the games and love cheering them both on. I am so glad they are in my life. I haven’t done much traveling the last few years. I did get to Florida for my nephews beach wedding and it was so much fun. I spent a week traveling after the wedding with my brother to different parts of Florida. I unfortuntely lost my sister Kathy in May of 2021. It is still so hard for all of the family. She is definitely missed. I feel fortunate at this stage of my life to be somewhat healthy and have great family as well as good friends. -------------------- Updated September 2015 I am still working and enjoy my job. When I retire, I am sure that I will not stay in Sharon. I will head to warmer climates and enjoy my coffee on a beach. My son and his family live in Foxboro. I have two grandsons, Aidan is 8 years old and Callan is 7 years old. They are both so different, one is into every sport, loves the Patriots and you do not speak to him during the game, unless it is a commercial. Callan (7) only likes tennis and swimming. They are so much fun and keep me on the move, even flag football which I am told very clearly that I need to practice. I do like warmer climates and I have vacationed in Aruba twice in the last few years. It is one of my favorite places to just relax. I spend a week every summer and vacation on Cape Cod, either in East Dennis or Brewster. I unfortunately, lost both of my parents in the last 4 years, it has been a big adjustment for me. I lived next door to them for 10 years and selling their home last year was difficult, but it was time. I felt lucky to have them for so many years in my life.
